Peregrine Team is hiring for Demand Writers (Personal Injury) in Beverly Hills, CA. This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.  

Pay: $27 - $40/hour

The ideal Demand Writer candidate is a keen observer of evidence, who enjoys putting together pieces of a puzzle to substantiate well-founded narratives and achieve the best settlement possible for our clients. This candidate is a proactive, critical-thinker who enjoys negotiating and most importantly, is sympathetic toward what our clients have been through.

Qualifications:

  • A professional individual with a team-player mindset who takes pride in his or her work.
  • Experience of reviewing files, medical records, writing demands, creating liability arguments, and explaining medical injuries.
  • Must have knowledge of traumatic brain injury, reading medical and surgical records, explaining MRI findings, and explaining why and how a client’s unique circumstances impact their case.
  • Excellent English grammar and writing skills; Spanish speaker is a plus.
  • Ability to type 50 wpm.
  • Must be organized with the ability to handle several tasks at once.
  • The office has a great working environment that is fast paced and expects a high level of professionalism.

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Personal injury law: 2 years (Required).

Schedule:
