Peregrine Team is hiring for a Pre-Litigation Associate in Beverly Hills, CA. This position is a full-time, direct hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.  

Pay: $85,000 - $175,000/year

What You Will Bring:

• A strong foundation in legal principles and a desire to work in personal injury law.
• The capacity to assist with pre-litigation processes - everything from intake to lien negotiation.
• The capacity to oversee case managers and assist with client contact; monitoring Statute of Limitations deadlines.
• Proficiency in dealing with opposing attorneys, co-plaintiff attorneys, and insurance adjusters.
• Proficiency in managing medical treatment, drafting demands.
• The skill to craft meet and confer letters, motions, as well as personal injury demands, and mediation briefs.
• A commitment to learning and providing top-notch legal representation.
• Spanish - Preferred
