We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support program operations and community initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient execution of services while supporting internal teams and external stakeholders.


What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate daily program operations and workflows
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and efficiency
  • Track program metrics and prepare reports for leadership
  • Support community initiatives, events, and outreach efforts
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organizational standards
  • Assist in improving processes to enhance program effectiveness

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, or nonprofit environments
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
