Peregrine Team is hiring for a Platform Administrator in Costa Mesa, CA. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position with full benefits and competitive pay. The role is 100% onsite at a corporate office in Costa Mesa for a leading healthcare organization.
 
About the Role
We’re looking for a Platform Administrator to take ownership of our survey and feedback systems (Qualtrics). This role is focused on cleaning up and organizing the platform, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting users across the organization. You’ll help streamline processes, manage dashboards, and provide training so our teams can capture reliable insights that improve the employee and patient experience.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and clean up the Qualtrics platform (30+ surveys)
  • Audit, update, and optimize dashboards to ensure accuracy and usability.
  • Manage survey builds, distribution processes, and related automations (including IT integrations and SFTP feeds).
  • Ensure data quality: validate incoming files, identify anomalies, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Administer user access: onboarding, audits, and training to increase adoption and compliance.
  • Support backlog reduction by prioritizing and executing pending requests.
  • Transfer legacy data from the retiring survey system into Qualtrics.
  • Develop SOPs, guides, and training materials for internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with HR, BI, and IT teams to improve automation and streamline workflows.
  • Educate users and leaders on best practices in survey design, compliance, and data use.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience with Qualtrics or another enterprise survey/feedback platform.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues in data or dashboards.
  • Comfortable managing both technical processes and user support/training.
  • Professional, collaborative, and solutions-oriented.
  • Interest in learning survey methodology and qualitative analysis.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements for enterprise or patient data is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in platform analytics, survey tools, or operations (Qualtrics preferred).
  • Strong skills with data, dashboards, and user-focused problem solving.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
