This is an opportunity to join a highly respected personal injury firm handling complex litigation cases from inception through trial. The ideal candidate is confident in the courtroom and experienced in managing high-value cases.
What You’ll Do
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
- Handle motion practice, hearings, and court appearances
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in trial preparation and trial proceedings
- Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Review medical records, police reports, and case documentation
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Experience handling depositions and court appearances
- Familiarity with California litigation procedures
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases independently
