The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will lead efforts to improve manufacturing processes, increase production efficiency, and support new product introductions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
Support new product introductions and production ramp-up
Identify opportunities to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste
Partner with operations and quality teams to resolve production challenges
Develop manufacturing documentation and work instructions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
6+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
