Peregrine Team is hiring for a remote Sales Representative in Orange County, CA! 

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be at the front lines of building lasting client partnerships and driving new business for Peregrine Team. You’ll identify opportunities, connect with decision-makers, and collaborate closely with our recruiting team to deliver exceptional staffing solutions.

This is a people-first sales role — one where your persistence, follow-through, and problem-solving skills will make a real impact. You’ll get personalized mentorship, training, and the tools to become a high-performing sales professional in the staffing industry.
 
What You’ll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industries and markets
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and prospects
  • Understand each client’s hiring challenges and propose tailored staffing solutions
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful placements and long-term client satisfaction
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline updates within our CRM
  • Take ownership of your goals and follow through with persistence and urgency

Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting (staffing experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and managing multiple priorities
  • Desire to learn, grow, and advance within a rapidly expanding company
