We are seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to develop new business, manage client relationships, and originate commercial lending solutions. This is a client-facing role focused on driving revenue and expanding the bank’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with business clients.
Loan Origination: Structure and present commercial loan opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Manage deals from origination through closing.
Client Advisory: Provide financial solutions tailored to client needs.
Collaboration: Work with credit and underwriting teams to finalize transactions.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in commercial lending or banking.

Skills

Strong relationship-building and sales skills.
Ability to analyze financial statements and creditworthiness.
Knowledge of commercial lending products.

Compensation
$100,000 – $150,000 base + bonus
