Peregrine Team is hiring for Field Supervisors in Elmsford, NY. This position is a full-time, contract-to-hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.

$16-18/hour

We are seeking Field Supervisors to join our team and help raise operational standards. This is a working supervisor position that requires hands-on involvement and leadership on-site. Must have a go-getter personality and the ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and work alongside field teams to meet project requirements
• Drive company vehicles to different project sites
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
• Manage and adjust work schedules according to project needs
• Assist in training and developing staff members
• Provide daily progress reports to management

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license – Required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required
• Open availability for varying shifts (primarily between 7 AM – 5 PM)
• Must be willing to work occasional early mornings, overnights, and graveyard shifts (.50 cents pay differential)
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
