Peregrine Team is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within pharmaceutical operations. This role ensures successful execution of projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Provide updates to executive leadership
Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
5+ years of project management experience in pharma/biotech
PMP certification preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
