Peregrine Team is hiring a Process Development Scientist to support biologics development and scale-up. This role focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes and supporting tech transfer from R&D to production.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute experiments to optimize upstream/downstream processes
Support scale-up and tech transfer to manufacturing teams
Analyze process data and identify improvements in yield and efficiency
Collaborate with R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams
Document findings and support regulatory submissions

Qualifications

PhD or MS in Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related field
5+ years of experience in biologics process development
Experience with GMP and tech transfer processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
