Peregrine Team is hiring for a Project Manager – MRO Transfer in Grand Prairie, TX. This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.  

$96k-$150k/hour DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end MRO transfer projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation actions.
• Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards (e.g., FAA Part 145, IATA).
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Identify and address project risks with contingency planning.
• Optimize distribution and logistics operations through lean methodologies.
• Support sustainability initiatives and process improvements.
• Maintain clear project documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Foster a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Logistics, or Business.
• 5+ years of project management experience in logistics, distribution, or related fields.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Familiarity with FAA Part 145 and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Project management certification preferred.
• Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong logistics and distribution center knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Gantt tools, and SAP.
• High integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Work performed in office and logistics environments.
• Regular use of hands, sitting, and computer work; occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs).
• Business travel up to 25%.
• Quiet work environment.
