We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to manage cases from inception through trial. This role involves hands-on litigation, client interaction, and courtroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

Case Management: Handle cases through all stages of litigation.
Court Appearances: Attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
Legal Drafting: Draft motions, pleadings, and legal documents.
Client Communication: Provide updates and guidance to clients.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years litigation experience.
License: Active CA Bar required.

Skills

Strong writing and litigation skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases.

Compensation
$120,000 – $180,000 depending on experience
