Peregrine Team is hiring an Oracle HCM Talent Analyst to support Operational Excellence initiatives for a leading healthcare facility. This role focuses on testing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle HCM Talent modules to support succession planning, talent review, performance management, and career development. The Analyst will work hands-on with internal teams, reviewing workflows, validating functionality, and supporting knowledge transfer to ensure effective adoption of Oracle HCM Talent modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle HCM Talent modules, including Succession Management, Talent Review, Performance Management, Learning, and Profiles & Skills
  • Support Talent Pools, Career Development, and Journeys as needed
  • Conduct playback sessions, UAT, and workflow testing, ensuring proper role-based access, notifications, and functionality
  • Collaborate with Operational Excellence, HR, and Learning & Organizational Development teams to identify gaps and implement solutions
  • Document processes and provide knowledge transfer to ensure proper system adoption and long-term sustainment
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate insights, readiness levels, and development progress to leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making and alignment with organizational objectives
  • Provide recommendations on leveraging Oracle functionality to achieve operational and talent management objectives
  • Participate in hands-on working sessions to review workflows, menus, and dashboards step by step

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Talent modules
  • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, succession planning, and operational workflows
  • Experience in playback sessions, role-based access validation, or UAT
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Experience with Operational Excellence initiatives, process improvement, or change management in a healthcare environment
  • Experience with Oracle implementation projects
  • Experience with Talent Pools, Career Development, and Oracle Journeys
