Peregrine Team is hiring for a GMP Field Supervisor in Anaheim, CA. This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.  

$65K - $75K/year

Job Duties: 

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules
• Communicate with the team, manager, co-workers, and customers professionally
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees as needed
• Fill in during staff shortage
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• Understand reporting systems and the work environment
• Instilling trust
• Training new team members and providing remedial (refresher) training as needed
• Directing special GMP cleaning projects
• Inventorying cleaning and consumable supplies on hand and submitting orders
• Reviewing and ensuring Good Documentation Practices for team
• Performing assigned GMP tasks and filling in for absent team members
• Perform other duties that may be assigned

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent education - Required
• Supervisor experience - Required
• Previous GMP cleaning experience - Required
• Able to read, write, understand directions, and complete assigned tasks in English - Required
• Strong communication skills, including emailing
• Familiarity with methods used in cleaning of buildings, tools, and equipment
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
