Job Duties:

• Experience recruiting travel nurses and/or local clinical staff
• Understanding the organization's current and future needs.
• Working in a process-orientated environment, driven by historical and evolving data.
• Encouraged by individual and team targets
• Mining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Responsible for identifying qualified applicants for hard-to-fill, niche positions and presenting a diverse candidate slate to support business diversity and inclusion efforts with active and passive candidates.
• Eager to build a deeper understanding of clinical and non-clinical roles in the healthcare industry.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, capable of offering solutions to various challenges that require a degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation, and navigating effectively in a matrix environment.
