We are seeking a Director of Process Engineering to lead and optimize manufacturing processes across high-tech production environments. This role will oversee engineering teams responsible for improving production efficiency, yield, and product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage process engineering teams supporting manufacturing operations
Develop and implement process improvements to increase yield and production efficiency
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing lines
Partner with operations, quality, and product engineering teams to resolve production challenges
Oversee root cause analysis and corrective action plans for manufacturing issues
Support implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment
Develop engineering standards and process documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
10+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing environments
5+ years leading engineering or technical teams
Experience with process optimization, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma
Strong cross-functional leadership and problem-solving skills
