We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and appointments across multiple time zones.
  • Email & Communication Support: Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO; draft correspondence as needed.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Document Preparation: Create presentations, reports, and meeting materials; maintain accurate records and files.
  • Project Assistance: Support special projects, research tasks, and follow-up on action items.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Vendor & Client Liaison: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack).
Attributes
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Preferred: Experience working remotely and familiarity with international business practices.
Work Hours
  • Flexible but must be available during overlapping hours with U.S. business time zones.
